India Philanthropy Forum (IPF)
New York City 2025

We are excited to host the India Philanthropy Forum (IPF) on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly week this September. Rooted in the ethos of “India for the World, and the World for India,” IPF NYC 2025 will convene a dynamic community of philanthropists, foundation heads, social entrepreneurs, academics, NGO leaders, and global development experts to shape a shared vision for inclusive and lasting impact.

This edition of the forum will spotlight transformative approaches to philanthropy – elevating India’s growing role as a global hub for social innovation, amplifying grassroots leadership, and exploring how Indian and South Asian diaspora can strengthen community resilience locally while building bridges globally. The forum aims to amplify innovative ideas for the future of India, showcasing how philanthropy can be a catalyst for inclusive development, social innovation, and collaboration.

This is an invite only event, please click the button below to register your interest and request an invite.

Proceeds from every paid pass directly contribute to the costs of hosting this convening and, most importantly, help support the travel of grassroots leaders from India and the Global South to New York for IPF and the broader UNGA week. This support enables them to attend sessions across UNGA week and creates meaningful avenues to network, collaborate, and build partnerships, fostering deeper cross-border exchange and visibility. Their presence ensures that grassroots voices and lived experiences are represented in global conversations, where they can spotlight community priorities, engage with diverse stakeholders, and represent India on international platforms.

If your organization is in a position to opt for a paid pass, it will directly support wider access and participation of civil society leaders from India and the Global South. We would be grateful for your support.

If you represent a civil society organization working with vulnerable communities in these regions, please choose ‘Complementary Access’ as your ticket type.
