Following the success of the Dasra Philanthropy Forum (DPF) in New York City last year, Dasra is excited to build on the momentum and host the India Philanthropy Forum (IPF) – on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly week this September. Rooted in the ethos of “India for the World, and the World for India,” IPF NYC 2025 will convene a dynamic community of philanthropists, foundation leaders, social entrepreneurs, academics, NGO heads, and global development experts to reimagine philanthropy for a more inclusive and resilient future.

Now in its 11th chapter, the Forum will spotlight transformative approaches to philanthropy – elevating India’s growing role as a global hub for social innovation, amplifying grassroots leadership, and exploring how Indian and South Asian diaspora can strengthen community resilience locally while building bridges globally. The forum aims to amplify innovative ideas for the future of India, showcasing how philanthropy can be a catalyst for inclusive development, social innovation, and collaboration.
